Dermal Fillers (Restylane®)
Dermal fillers result in an instant enhancement of your looks in a natural way. They add volume, smoothing out lines and creases in the skin. We recommend and only use Restylane® which is the longest established non animal filler.
What areas can be treated with dermal fillers?
Most facial areas are suitable for treatment to:
• smooth the lines around your mouth and nose
• enhance the size and shape of your lips
• reduce crow’s feet
• reduce laugh lines
• fill out your cheeks
The features of the area determine the actual filler and the amount that your consultant will use.
How do they work?
The filler is injected beneath the crease or wrinkle and gently stretches it out. The filler attracts water to it improving the elasticity of your skin. It is administered along a wrinkle or crease by a series of small injections. The filler typically lasts 4-9 months before gradually being absorbed by the body. It can then be replaced.
